Required Skills:
- Master’s degree or advanced undergraduate in economics or related field
- Strong understanding of econometrics and impact evaluation methods
- Proficiency in Stata and/or R, with solid experience in data cleaning and management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to manage timelines and deliverables independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GitHub, LaTeX, and/or Python are a plus

Experience with field experiments, fieldwork, and primary data collection is a big plus.
